Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 50 years

Proven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Google) advertising campaigns, preferably with monthly budgets of USD 5,000–10,000+
Design, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) platforms.
Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel development, lead generation, conversion campaigns and scaling profitable campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Events Manager, custom conversions, UTM tracking, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Proven ability to scale successful campaigns without significantly increasing CPA, conduct A/B testing of creatives and audiences and provide clear weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
