MD Office Coordinator

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, and priorities with strict confidentiality.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and follow-up action trackers for MD meetings.
• Ensure timely execution and closure of MD instructions across departments.
• Maintain disciplined communication flow from the MD Office.

Strategic & Executive Support

• Assist the MD in monitoring strategic initiatives, special projects, and broad-level actions.
• Track KPIs, deadlines, and performance updates as assigned by the MD.
• Support decision-making through data collation, summaries, and executive insights.
• Coordinate with senior management for reviews, updates, and escalations.

Administration & Office Management

• Oversee the MD Office administration, documentation, and record management.
• Coordinate administrative matters, including office logistics, security, and protocol.
• Liaise with HR, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams for related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and confidentiality norms.

Communication & Representation

• Draft, review, and manage official correspondence on behalf of the MD when required.
• Handle sensitive communications professionally with diplomacy and discretion.
• Represent the MD Office in meetings or coordination forums when delegated.

Discipline, Protocol & Confidentiality

• Maintain confidentiality of strategic and organizational information.
• Uphold high standards of discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
