Marketing Director - Food & Beverage Industry

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputed university.     
• Candidates with an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Packaging Industry, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age At most 40 years

Experience Requirements:    

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry.·      
• Candidates should have substantial experience in a Sales General Manager / Head of Sales / Senior Sales & Marketing leadership role in a large-scale Food & Beverage or FMCG company.·      
• Proven experience in developing and managing distributor networks and nationwide sales channels is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Maximum age 40 years. 
• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh FMCG and Food & Beverage market.
• Proven experience in distributor development, channel management, and nationwide market expansion.   
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.      Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.    
• Strong understanding of sales targets, market development, pricing, trade promotions, and marketing budgets.      
• Strong commercial and business development mindset.      
• Must be willing to work and be based in Dhaka on a long-term basis.
