Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s healthcare services, developing referral networks, increasing patient engagement, and supporting business development initiatives.
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, facilities, doctors, and specialized treatment programs.
Conduct field marketing activities, hospital visits, corporate visits, and community outreach programs.
Promote specialized services such as IVF, fertility treatment, maternity, surgery, diagnostics, and other hospital services, as applicable.
Coordinate health camps, seminars, awareness programs, promotional events, and corporate healthcare activities.
Follow up with prospective patients and referral sources and maintain regular communication.
Support digital marketing activities, including Facebook, website, online campaigns, and other social media platforms.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content in coordination with the marketing team.
Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, referrals, visits, and business development results.
Coordinate with doctors, customer care, admission, billing, nursing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient services.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual marketing targets.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business development activities.
