Job Purpose
To develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for Oriental Real Estate and its residential and commercial projects, strengthen the company’s market position, generate qualified sales leads, and support the sales team in achieving project sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the Oriental Real Estate brand and corporate image.
- Ensure consistent branding across all projects, advertisements, brochures, signage, digital platforms and communications.
- Develop project branding and positioning in line with the target market and project profile.
2. Project Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans for individual real-estate projects.
- Prepare project brochures, presentations, flyers, hoardings, advertisements and other promotional materials.
- Identify and communicate each project's key selling points, including location, design, amenities, quality and investment potential.
- Support project launches and sales campaigns.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage Oriental Real Estate's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to generate qualified property leads.
- Coordinate the creation of project videos, reels, photography, drone footage and other digital content.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and recommend improvements.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Develop marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into site visits and sales.
- Track lead sources and campaign performance.
- Assist in developing promotional offers and sales campaigns.
5. Content & Creative Management
- Coordinate with graphic designers, advertising agencies, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors.
- Prepare creative briefs and ensure all materials meet Oriental Real Estate's branding standards.
- Review marketing content before publication or production.
6. Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor competing developers, projects, pricing, promotions and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and new marketing opportunities.
- Provide management with regular updates on market trends and competitor activity.
7. Events & Promotions
- Assist in organizing project launches, property exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate event branding, invitations, promotional materials and media requirements.
8. Marketing Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track marketing expenditure, leads, cost per lead, site visits and campaign performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of different marketing channels.
9. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, printing companies, production houses and other marketing vendors.
- Obtain quotations and assist management in evaluating marketing proposals and costs.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
10. Other Duties
- Assist management with corporate presentations, company profiles and investor/project materials.
- Work closely with the Sales, Projects and Management teams on project-specific requirements.
- Perform other marketing and branding duties assigned by management.
