At least 8 to 10 year(s) in related field
The applicants should have experience in marketing & merchandising for outerwear.
Experience in factory is highly preferable.
Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite.
Strong knowledge of jacket/outerwear manufacturing processes.
Must have Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
Must have deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
