Manage and oversee end-to-end Europe Work Visa / Work Permit processing operations.
Lead and coordinate the processing team to ensure accurate, timely and smooth file handling.
Review client files, documents and processing stages to ensure submission readiness and accuracy.
Monitor application progress and ensure timely updates throughout the processing cycle.
Handle complex cases, processing issues and client escalations with proper judgment.
Coordinate with clients, overseas partners, internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
Identify processing gaps, documentation issues and operational risks before submission.
Maintain proper records, reports and documentation for all ongoing cases.
Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, professional standards and applicable visa/processing requirements.
Take ownership of processing quality, team performance and successful case management.
