About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Technical & QA Manager to strengthen our Quality team function
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Technical & QA function across assigned products and factories.
- Ensure products meet buyer requirements, approved samples, specifications, workmanship and quality standards.
- Monitor quality performance from pre-production through final inspection and shipment.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production and factory teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct and monitor PPM, inline, mid-line and preparation for final inspections.
- Analyze quality problems and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality manuals, inspection standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective quality control systems, SOPs and reporting mechanisms.
- Guide, coach and evaluate Technical & QA team members and ensure effective inspection coverage.
- Communicate professionally with international buyers and internal management regarding quality issues and improvement plans.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical quality issues.
