Manager-Shifting & Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary

mCapital Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead & Shift Manager to lead the organization`s digital marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth, disciplined and target-oriented shift operations.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, driving lead generation and customer acquisition, strengthening the company`s online presence, managing digital campaigns and analytics, and leading assigned teams to achieve business objectives.

The role also requires strong shift management capability, including team supervision, performance monitoring, operational coordination, reporting, issue resolution and ensuring uninterrupted business operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company`s business objectives.

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

• Manage campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant digital channels.

• Develop effective customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and overall ROI.

• Conduct market research and identify emerging digital marketing trends, platforms and growth opportunities.

• Develop audience segmentation and targeted campaigns to reach relevant customer groups.

• Optimize digital marketing funnels from awareness and engagement through lead generation and conversion.

• Coordinate with relevant business teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of marketing-generated leads.

• Develop and implement email marketing, remarketing and marketing automation initiatives where applicable.

Social Media & Brand Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen the company`s digital presence and brand positioning.

• Plan and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.

• Supervise the development of creative content, including graphics, videos, promotional materials, advertisements and digital campaigns.

• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.

• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, reach and overall brand performance.

Website, SEO & Digital Analytics

• Oversee website content, performance and conversion optimization.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, acquisition channels and conversion performance.

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and other relevant analytics platforms.

• Prepare actionable insights from digital performance data.

• Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, customer journeys and conversion rates.

Shift Management & Operations

• Manage assigned shifts and ensure smooth, efficient and uninterrupted daily operations.

• Lead, supervise and monitor team members during assigned shifts.

• Allocate responsibilities and ensure adequate workforce coverage according to operational requirements.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, discipline and overall team performance.

• Ensure employees comply with organizational policies, SOPs and management instructions.

• Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective action within the scope of authority.

• Escalate critical operational matters to senior management in a timely manner.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination between shifts and relevant departments.

• Ensure proper handover of pending tasks, operational updates and critical issues between shifts.

• Maintain a professional, disciplined and productive working environment.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, mentor and motivate assigned team members.

• Identify training and development requirements of team members.

• Encourage accountability, ownership and result-oriented performance.

• Take appropriate action regarding performance gaps in accordance with company policy.

• Build a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing and operational performance.

• Present campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, engagement and ROI data to management.

• Prepare shift-wise productivity and performance reports.

• Analyze operational and marketing data and provide recommendations to management.

• Ensure timely implementation of management decisions and assigned projects.
