Experience

2 to 6 years of direct sales experience, preferably in Immigration / Education Consultancy, Real Estate or Insurance sectors.

Responsibilities & Context

EDUAID is seeking motivated, highly driven, and target-oriented Managers – Sales (Field Sales & Direct Acquisition) to expand its client reach in Dhaka. This high-impact role is designed for self-reliant sales professionals skilled in door-to-door sales, direct field visits, lead generation, and face-to-face consultation.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Immigration/Consultancy sales, with a proven ability to independently generate leads and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Direct Acquisition: Execute regular field visits, door-to-door sales activities, and direct outreach across assigned target locations in Dhaka.
Proactive Lead Generation: Independently identify, approach, and acquire high-potential clients for EDUAID's immigration, education, and consultancy services.
Consultation & Pitching: Deliver compelling face-to-face service presentations, conduct initial needs assessments, and address prospective client queries and objections professionally.
Pipeline & Target Management: Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Prospect Follow-Up & Closing: Rigorously follow up with qualified prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and maximize conversion rates.
Cross-Team Handover: Coordinate smoothly with internal office sales and consultancy teams for seamless lead transition and client onboarding.
Reporting & Intelligence: Maintain accurate activity records of field visits, interactions, and follow-ups while providing real-time market feedback and competitive intelligence to management.

SalaryNegotiable

Salary review: Yearly
High-Incentive Commission Structure: Uncapped performance commission up to BDT 700,000 per month based on sales conversion
Allowances: Travel Allowance (T/A), Tour Allowance and Mobile Bill support
