This senior managerial position is responsible for spearheading fabric innovations, optimizing dyeing and wet-processing recipes, ensuring strict quality compliance against buyer requirements, and driving sustainable textile developments for export-oriented global markets.

Ethical Leadership & R&D Management: Maintain 100% honesty and transparency across all operational aspects while leading and managing the Fabric R&D team to engineer new fabric qualities aligned with international buyer requirements and market trends.
Fabric Construction & Finish Optimization: Develop, test, and optimize new fabric constructions, fiber compositions, special finishes, and high-performance functional textiles.
Cross-Functional Departmental Liaison: Work closely with Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Production, Quality, and Merchandising departments to guarantee seamless transition from R&D development to bulk production feasibility.
Dyeing Process & Recipe Engineering: Oversee wet-processing and fabric dyeing, including dye selection, recipe development, shade matching, color correction, and process optimization.
