We are a leading 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments Manufacturer seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – Planning & IE to drive production planning, capacity utilization, productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead production planning, capacity planning, line loading and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and improve line efficiency, EPM, CPM, SMV and manpower productivity.
Conduct capacity analysis, line balancing, work study, method study and manpower planning.
Optimize production layouts and workflow to reduce bottlenecks, idle time and operational losses.
Apply Lean, GSD, EOS, EPM and CPM techniques for continuous productivity improvement.
Monitor production/IE KPIs and provide data-based performance reports and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for smooth production execution.
Maintain SMV, operation bulletin, skill matrix and IE-related data accurately.
Lead and develop the Planning & IE team and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
