Manager – People, Culture & Workplace Department

We want someone to lead our People, Culture & Workplace Department with a team of MTO, Executive, and Intern(s), build a process-driven company, and bring creative, care-based solutions to people management. • Lead the department and develop a team of MTO, Executive, and Intern(s).
• Build daily discipline across attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, and workplace conduct, applied fairly to everyone.
• Run talent hiring, onboarding, payroll, and the whole employee journey from Day 1 to exit.
• Develop HR policies, people development and set up goals that comply with Bangladesh labour law.
• Write clear Job Descriptions and SOPs, and build a process-driven company where no role stays stuck waiting on senior approval.
• Hold one-to-one check-ins that care for the person first, and apply standards firmly when care alone is not enough.
• Organize training, Sunnah sessions, sports, meals, transport, and celebrations.
