Manager, Marketing & Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead our sales and marketing activities in the pharmaceutical packaging materials sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh, established customer relationships, and proven experience in B2B sales.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

·Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh, specifically in sales & marketing of pharmaceutical packaging materials.

·Candidates with established relationships with pharmaceutical companies will receive preference.

·Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging materials, market requirements, pricing, and procurement processes.

·Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

·Manage and develop relationships with pharmaceutical companies and key customers.

·Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

·Promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging materials to existing and potential clients.

·Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports.

·Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

·Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and other departments to ensure timely customer service and delivery.

·Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve assigned targets.

·Maintain strong relationships with procurement, commercial, R&D, QA/QC, and other relevant departments of pharmaceutical companies.
