Abrar Medical Center is a Wafid Approved Medical Examination Center, located in Mohakhali, Dhaka, providing medical fitness examinations for individuals seeking employment in GCC countries along with a comprehensive range of diagnostic and healthcare services for the general public. Equipped with modern diagnostic facilities and experienced healthcare professionals, the center is committed to delivering quality healthcare services with accuracy, reliability, and excellence. We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and business development initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Manager – Marketing to lead our Marketing & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and business development plans to increase Wafid medical referrals and expand the organization's diagnostic and healthcare services. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with manpower recruitment agencies, visa processing agencies, travel agencies, corporate organizations, physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other referral partners to drive sustainable business growth. The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business networking skills, with a proven track record of achieving business development objectives, increasing market presence, and consistently meeting organizational targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to increase patient referrals and organizational growth.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with overseas manpower recruiting agencies, recruiting license holders, visa processing agencies, travel agencies, immigration consultants, and corporate organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships to increase the number of GCC medical examination referrals.
• Visit clients, recruitment agencies, corporate offices, and business partners regularly to promote the services of Abrar Medical Center.
• Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team to ensure maximum productivity.
• Monitor daily field marketing activities and provide strategic direction to the team.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business trends to recommend effective marketing strategies.
• Develop promotional campaigns, corporate presentations, awareness programs, seminars, and business networking events.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Customer Service, Accounts, and Medical Departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously expanding the client portfolio.
• Negotiate corporate agreements and service contracts with business partners.
• Ensure achievement of monthly revenue, referral, and business development targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, business performance reports, and market intelligence reports for the management.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper branding and promotional activities through both online and offline marketing channels.
• Represent the organization professionally during meetings, corporate visits, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the management from time to time.
