Requirements

MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or BBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
Candidates having PGD in HRM or a Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Payroll, HR Policies, and Compliance Management.

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience as an HR, Admin & Compliance Manager or have worked in a reputable RMG Accessories/apparel/textile manufacturing organization.
Strong practical knowledge of factory HR, administration, social compliance, and buyer audit requirements.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a challenging and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use HR management software and digital HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
Ability to independently handle buyer representatives, auditors, government officials, and other external stakeholders.
