To manage revenue by taking pricing decisions and utilizing forecasting tools.

Cross-functional interaction to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.

Own the performance of the Holiday Package business. Monitor, analyze and report KPIs. Provide meaningful commentary and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

Negotiate agreements with tour operators, build a strong relationship with partners and keep track of contractual obligations.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and set goals for efficiency and strategy in your area.

  Being able to deliver high-quality final output, in line with the main objective, with good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Define commercial strategies for promotions and campaigns

Maximize Holiday Package sales. Promote activities, provide visibility and agree necessary support for all planned activities.

Monitor, analyze and make/ test adjustments, to ensure competitiveness in the market. Monitor competitor activities, highlight any content and pricing gaps, to find opportunities to grow.
