Manager (Garments Sample)

To lead and supervise the CAD and sample team in the factory.

To communicate with merchandising, production, quality, cutting, wash, embroidery, accessories, and store teams to resolve technical issues.

To develop, revise, and grade patterns including base size, costing patterns, shrinkage-adjusted patterns, and seal patterns (white, black, gold).

To calculate and confirm fabric, trimming, thread, elastic, and zipper consumption; and to book materials accordingly.

To prepare spec sheets, grading specs, and revised specifications for all sizes as per buyer requirements.

To review and adjust patterns based on dummy fittings, floor feedback, and shrinkage variations.

To attend pre-production meetings (PPM), risk analysis, and buying house meetings as necessary.

To ensure the before wash spec as per the pattern and supply to the quality section.

To send pattern soft copies to buyers or buying houses and manage related technical documents.

To verify and sign requisitions and gate passes in the absence of the immediate superior.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
