Manager - Banking & Finance

The group is engaged in the manufacturing of consumer products as well as import-based business operations. As part of our continued business expansion and growth, we are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional to join our Banking & Finance Department in the following position:

Position: Manager – Banking & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, LC, bank guarantees, and other banking facilities.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and daily liquidity positions.

• Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and banking-related financial reports.

• Coordinate import/export-related banking activities, including LCs, foreign remittances, and related documentation where applicable.

• Review bank statements, bank reconciliations, charges, interest calculations, and other banking transactions.

• Negotiate banking facilities, interest rates, fees, and other commercial terms with banks.

• Ensure timely payment of loans, installments, interest, and other financial obligations.

• Monitor working-capital requirements and optimize utilization of available banking facilities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, tax/VAT requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding banking and finance matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all banking and financing activities.

• Provide management with regular reports, analysis, and recommendations regarding cash, banking facilities, and financial risks.

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and other finance-related activities as required.
