· Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, cosmeceuticals, skincare, pharmacy, wellness, premium retail or service sales is strongly preferred.
· Experience supporting a multi-branch or nationwide operation will be a strong advantage.
· Exceptional presentation, facilitation, public speaking and role-play management skills
· Strong understanding of sales psychology, consumer behavior and consultative selling
· Ability to coach sales professionals, doctors and branch leaders at different levels
· Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla
· Data- and KPI-driven mindset with the ability to demonstrate training impact
· Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management and content-development capability
· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and learning-management tools
· Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Bangladesh
