B.Sc./M.Sc. in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, or any equivalent relevant engineering discipline.

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our multi-site infrastructure, connecting the Head Office, Disaster Recovery (DR) site, and hundreds of branch offices nationwide. It also includes managing servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network connectivity, while ensuring business continuity, high availability, and secure operations across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure Wing, including System, Network, IT Support, IT Asset, and Infrastructure Procurement functions.
Develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, technology roadmap, capacity plans, standards, SOPs, and operational plans aligned with business requirements.
Oversee enterprise Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure, including expansion, migration, upgrades, high availability, redundancy, replication, failover, and DR drills.
Oversee Windows/Linux servers, VMware vCenter/ESXi, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, enterprise storage, backup and recovery solutions, including Commvault.
Oversee enterprise LAN, WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and multi-branch network infrastructure, including Cisco Routers, Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, and related technologies.
Provide technical oversight of Next-Generation Firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, SIEM, DLP, PAM, SSL inspection, and other infrastructure security solutions.
Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
Oversee core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, IIS/web hosting, proxy, and load-balancing solutions (e.g., Apache, Nginx, etc.).
Lead infrastructure technology projects, upgrades, migrations, modernization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
