You should be someone who naturally asks:

Why does the user need this? What problem are we actually solving? How are competitors solving it? What might the client have missed? How can we validate this before development?

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Fresh graduates with strong UX/product research knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of UX research and product discovery fundamentals
• Strong communication and questioning skills
• Ability to research deeply using Google, competitor products, reviews, forums, and other sources
• Analytical and critical-thinking ability
• Ability to organize complex information clearly
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Basic understanding of SaaS, web applications, and mobile applications
• Familiarity with Figma is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, surveys, or usability-testing tools is a plus
