Area of Experience/Interest
Candidates should have practical experience/interest in Electrical Engineering Product and Project Sales & Marketing, particularly in:
Substation and related electrical solutions
Solar Power & Renewable Energy Solutions
Utility and Power Distribution Solutions
Electrical Control & Automation Solutions
Industrial Electrical Solutions
Engineering products, equipment, and project-based sales
Candidates with experience in engineering product sales, project sales, and industrial electrical solutions will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the Bangladesh electrical and industrial market.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, procurement/SCM teams, and management.
Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for client visits and business development activities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good command of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct sales and marketing activities for engineering products and electrical projects.
Identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities.
Prepare and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Visit clients, project sites, industries, and relevant organizations as required.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until successful order completion.
Coordinate with clients, SCM/Procurement teams, and relevant engineers from initial inquiry through project execution.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients and internal technical teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets according to company policy.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure excellent customer service and develop long-term business relationships.
