Junior Sales Executives

Preferences & Eligibility

* University Students: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program as this role aligns perfectly with gaining corporate experience before graduation.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and reach out to potential clients through various online and offline channels.

* Pitch Oracron Digital’s services/products effectively to prospective leads.

* Handle client inquiries, build strong relationships, and drive sales conversions.

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new sales strategies.

Requirements & Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Bangla).

* Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
