Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Job Summary:

Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to support sales growth, manage customer relationships, handle customer service activities, and ensure smooth order processing and payment coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, phone calls, and online platforms.

·       Manage and follow up on online and offline leads to convert them into sales.

·       Present and demonstrate product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

·       Maintain regular communication with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

·       Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.

·       Process customer orders, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate delivery schedules.

·       Collect payments, confirm transactions, prepare invoices, and submit payment details to the accounts department.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, transactions, and complaints.

·       Coordinate with internal departments such as production, accounts, service, and logistics for smooth operations.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.

·       Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.

·       Support promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches when required.

·       Assist in after-sales service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·       Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.

·       Proficient typing skills in both Bengali and English are required.

·       Prior experience in sales or customer support is mandatory.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

·       Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

·       Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools will be an advantage.
