Junior Factory Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. He will manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Manage a team of workers and performance management
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations

• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
