Install, configure, and maintain client network solutions including internet connectivity, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi, and enterprise network setups at onsite locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve client-side, last-mile, and device-related connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLA commitments.
Handle service provisioning, new client onboarding, and network expansion activities in coordination with internal teams.
Work closely with NOC, Transmission, and Core Network teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and provide technical recommendations for new deployments and upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, visit logs, configuration details, and client feedback.
Ensure proper installation standards, safety compliance, and quality of service delivery during onsite operations.
Provide professional and timely communication to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Support preventive maintenance activities and perform routine checks to ensure network stability and performance.
Escalate critical issues proactively and follow through until resolution, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
