Junior Executive (Internal Audit)

Job Context: Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance as Junior Executive (Internal Audit).

Job Responsibilities:

• Check all kinds of daily requisition, challan, bill, gate pass & goods inwards and outwards-related documents.·

• Provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company`s interest and ensure the safeguarding of company assets.

• Conduct on site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit report based on based on audit observations.

• Ensure all audit findings are resolved by the concerned department.

• Check and physical visit to the supplier`s bill.

• Check and verify the stock (Half Yearly/Yearly basis).

• Check and verify the salary sheet monthly basis.

• Check and verify the Provident Fund (monthly contribution, loan payment & final settlement).

• Check daily transaction like received, payment, sales, and purchase.

• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the management in time to time.
