Responsibilities & Context

Maintain employee files, records and HR databases.
Manage daily attendance, leave and absenteeism records.
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling and employee onboarding.
Prepare appointment letters, notices and other HR documents.
Collect and verify required employee documents.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
Maintain staff ID cards, uniforms and other employee records.
Handle routine employee queries and HR correspondence.
Assist in implementing HR policies, rules and disciplinary procedures.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and coordination with departments.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR & administrative duties assigned by the HR Head.
