Responsibilities & Context

To assist in production planning, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows under the guidance of the Management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports of the Agro sector.
Assist in monitoring sales and collection forecast reports on sales performance and outstanding dues collected by the marketing team.
Maintain and update planning documents and production trackers for potato (cold storage) and milk (dairy farm).
Collect and compile data from different departments for performance and variance analysis.
Follow up with relevant teams Agro (production, sales, inventory) to ensure a timely information flow.
Assist in preparing the monthly operational budget and track actual vs. planned outcomes.
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and circulate meeting minutes as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
