Jr. Architect (Interior 3D Design) Female

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Candidates with relevant professional experience in Interior Design and 3D Visualization will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design and 3D Visualization.

Experience working in an Interior Design or Architecture firm will be highly preferred.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or other visualization software will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

Strong creative and conceptual design ability.

Excellent understanding of interior space, proportion, materials, lighting and aesthetics.

Strong attention to detail.

Good knowledge of furniture design and interior detailing.

Ability to understand architectural drawings, dimensions and technical requirements.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsible, punctual and deadline-oriented.

Ability to work independently and lead a design team when required.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory

A professional portfolio of Interior 3D Design & Visualization works is mandatory for this position.

Applicants must submit their portfolio along with their CV.

The portfolio should include relevant Interior 3D Modeling, Photorealistic Rendering, Space Planning and Interior Design projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong and professional portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, attention to detail and quality of visualization.
