Ability to assist with company social media updates, digital content uploading, and platform-related technical support.
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and technical issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and network-related issues.
Maintain company email systems, user accounts, domain/DNS, cPanel, and related services.
Install and manage Windows OS, software applications, antivirus, drivers, and system updates.
Manage user access, shared folders, permissions, and basic data security.
Perform regular data backup and ensure proper maintenance of important company data.
Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office IT systems.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and technical issues.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Provide technical support for online meetings, presentations, and other digital office requirements.
