Provide comprehensive technical helpdesk support to all departments and executive management. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network configurations, and corporate email systems. Document IT issues, resolution workflows, and maintain an updated hardware and software inventory. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on IT equipment to optimize performance and longevity. Track software licenses, service subscriptions, hardware warranties, and vendor contracts. Prepare periodic IT status, performance, and health reports for management review. Support website updates, domain management, email hosting, and other digital services as needed.
