✔ Manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.
✔ Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and project scope.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.
✔ Monitor system performance, network availability, and IT service metrics, implementing improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
✔ Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and provide timely troubleshooting and problem resolution.
✔ Maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network devices, and business applications.
✔ Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and system performance reports for management.
