Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet-related issues. Monitor and maintain office network devices, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. Manage employee accounts, email access, and system permissions. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement when necessary. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices and data security measures. Support new employee onboarding by setting up workstations and required system access.
