Bachelor`s degree (minimum requirement) in Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Development Studies, Business, Finance, Public Policy, Data Science, or another relevant discipline from a recognized university. Only candidates who have already graduated will be considered.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in research, consulting, data, and evidence-based problem solving.
Strong research, analytical, critical thinking, and synthesis skills.
Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and work across different subject areas.
Ability to support the Business Development team with various activities, as and when needed.
Proficiency in R, Stata, Python, SPSS, quantitative/qualitative research methods, or data visualization will be an advantage.
