The incumbent will have the responsibility to: Manage and provide day-to-day support to a designated group of drivers in the field, ensuring smooth operational coordination. Conduct driver segmentation and engagement initiatives to strengthen driver relationships and improve retention. Monitor driver adherence and performance data, identifying non-compliant drivers and recommending appropriate follow-up actions.
