Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Manage incoming referrals, collecting and verifying all necessary client information to initiate intake processes.
Serve as the point of contact for referral sources, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
Communicate effectively with families regarding referral status, intake steps, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of referral activity and client intake status within company databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely scheduling and onboarding of new clients.
Identify opportunities to streamline referral and intake processes for improved efficiency.
Provide regular reports on referral trends and intake metrics to management.
