HR & Administration Executive

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration or relevant field.

Minimum 2–4 years of HR / Recruitment / Sales Administration experience preferred.

FMCG company experience will receive strong preference.

Experience using BDjobs and online recruitment platforms is preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets and email communication.

Strong phone communication and candidate screening ability.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment positions simultaneously.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Must be comfortable communicating regularly with field sales employees across Bangladesh.

Must be disciplined, proactive and able to work under management instructions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in someone who can:

Recruit 10–20 field sales candidates within a short period when required.

Maintain a district-wise candidate database.

Quickly identify suitable SR/SO candidates based on their local market knowledge.

Follow up with RSM and SR regularly.

Maintain proper employee records.

Detect absenteeism and weak field activity quickly.

Keep Management updated with clear reports.

The selected HR Executive must be able to recruit salespeople quickly for different districts of Bangladesh.

Special preference will be given to candidates who have experience recruiting:

FMCG Sales Representatives

Sales Officers

Territory Sales Officers

ASM/TSM

Regional Sales Managers

The candidate should understand that recruiting salespeople is not only about collecting CVs.

The objective is to find active, reliable and target-oriented field salespeople.
