Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
Hold providers accountable for scheduled shifts, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments.
Manage provider scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across the telemedicine operation.
Work closely with vendors, providers, facilities, and the clinical team.
Maintain accurate spreadsheets, schedules, operational records, and provider data.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps.
Respond to missed shifts and coordinate replacement coverage where required.
Handle calls and operational queries from healthcare facilities.
Escalate clinical or operational matters appropriately.
Maintain clear communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
Take ownership of issues through to resolution rather than waiting for direction.
