As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, commercially strong, relationship-driven, and result-oriented Head of Corporate Sales to lead business development and key-account growth within the institutional market. The role covers Corporate Group, Education, Banks, Leasing Companies, Financial Institutions, and other strategic institutional clients, and requires a seasoned sales leader who can drive the complete sales cycle — from strategy, prospecting, and relationship development through solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, order closing, delivery coordination, collection, and after-sales relationship management — while leading and developing the wider corporate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee the entire Corporate Sales function to achieve organizational sales and revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute long-term corporate sales strategies, business plans, and sustainable revenue growth models.
- Take full ownership of corporate sales revenue, profitability, and market expansion (Sales P&L responsibility).
- Define sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks across all sales hierarchy levels.
- Define and control pricing strategies, discount policies, trade margins, and incentive schemes in line with company objectives.
- Provide strategic insights, risk analysis, and growth recommendations to Management.
- Build, lead, train, and motivate the corporate sales and marketing team.
- Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and conduct training.
- Establish sales governance, discipline, ethical standards, and compliance across the organization.
- Ensure strong coordination between Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, and Service teams.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients within Corporate Groups, Educational Institutions, Banks, Leasing Companies, and Financial Institutions, through field visits, meetings, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline; monitor institutional procurement plans, RFQs, projects, and purchasing opportunities.
- Identify upcoming technology, infrastructure, AV, display, communication, and IT requirements of target accounts.
- Prepare and execute visit plans, and represent the company in high-level corporate meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
- Establish multi-level relationships within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships, retention, and repeat business.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify up-selling, cross-selling, renewal, and repeat-business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and live demonstrations for corporate clients; understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT, AV, and display solutions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to design accurate, customized solutions and clearly communicate value propositions and commercial benefits.
- Prepare and coordinate customized technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Conduct price benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and payment conditions to successfully close deals.
- Ensure all internal approvals and documentation are completed prior to order confirmation.
- Monitor delivery, installation, commissioning, and end-user training as per the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor scheduled payment milestones and ensure timely invoice submission and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue payments, coordinating with Accounts & Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Enforce compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures to maintain healthy receivables.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer, opportunity, quotation, negotiation, and contract information in ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, pipeline, collection, and performance reports to Management and the Board.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, pricing structures, promotions, new launches, and customer behavior, and maintain accurate forecasts and MIS reports.
- Achieve agreed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, gross-profit, and collection targets.
- Ensure effective after-sales support and customer satisfaction; resolve delivery, service, warranty, or quality-related issues promptly.
- Establish clear sales KPIs, monitor performance against business objectives, and perform other strategic or operational responsibilities assigned by Management.
