Requirements

Additional Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, business development, SDR/BDR, sales development or a similar role.
Hands-on experience building prospect lists and researching companies and decision-makers.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
Comfortable with cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Proven ability to generate conversations and/or book first meetings.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, founder-led environment.
Copywriting, content writing or B2B writing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Comfortable starting on a part-time basis with a paid trial.

We're looking for someone who is strong at finding the right people, building quality prospect lists and turning targeted outreach into first conversations.

Someone with strong writing or copywriting skills is a bonus — but hands-on lead generation and meeting-setting experience is the priority.
