• Analyze experiment results and continuously optimize growth initiatives based on performance.
• Identify new channels, markets, partnerships, and business models that can accelerate company growth.
• Develop growth frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to measure and improve business performance.

Customer Growth & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and enterprise customers.
• Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, methodologies, industry environment, capabilities, and limitations.
• Act as a strategic partner to customers by identifying opportunities to improve their business outcomes through MIAKI's products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, retention, and account expansion.
• Conduct periodic business reviews and recommend solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Develop customer success strategies that strengthen satisfaction, engagement, and long-term partnerships.

Business & Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities through customer insights, market research, networking, partnerships, and experimentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and test new approaches for acquiring and converting B2B customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead generation, qualification, conversion, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Support strategic initiatives designed to increase revenue and market presence.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable internal initiatives.
• Advocate customer feedback to influence product improvements, service development, and innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective execution of growth and customer-focused programs.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand the capabilities of MIAKI's offerings and identify new use cases.

Process Optimization & Innovation

• Analyze internal and customer-facing processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved efficiency.
• Develop scalable processes that improve customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve growth execution and productivity.
• Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, technologies, and methodologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and translate relevant developments into actionable growth initiatives.
