Graphic Designer / IT Officer Responsibilities:
Creative Asset Design: Design recruitment banners, social media posts, posters etc. using Adobe Software.
Print & Layout Design: Prepare print-ready recruitment circulars, brochures, vector templates, and official documents.
IT Support: Maintain and troubleshoot office PCs, hardware peripherals, printers, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
System & Data Management: Manage the agency`s candidate database, maintain website updates, ensure data security, and administer email systems.
Asset Handover: Organize and archive all design source files, media assets, and IT documentation to facilitate smooth company transitions.
