BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management from a reputed institution.
12–15 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in Business Development (Land) / Land Acquisition / Joint Venture within a reputed real estate development company.
Must have significant experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing JV land deals.
Proven track record of successfully achieving land procurement/business development targets.
Experience in leading and managing a Business Development (Land) team will be highly preferred.
Strong network and established relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders in Dhaka will be an advantage.
The candidate must have practical working experience in the BD (Land) dept. of Real Estate Company.
The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the JV land feasibility & Analysis, FAR, land related documents etc.
The candidate should have qualities to finding JV land for development & having good relationship with land owners at Dhaka city.
The candidate must have strong negotiation and deal closing ability.
Presentable personality with effective communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset, proficiency in CRM, and ability to work smartly.
Target oriented and mentality to take challenges.
Capability to motivate team members.
Context:
To lead and drive the company's land sourcing, joint venture (JV), land acquisition, and business development activities by identifying commercially viable land opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, evaluating land and project feasibility, negotiating and closing JV deals, and ensuring the achievement of assigned land procurement and business development targets.
The role will provide strategic leadership to the Business Development (Land) team, ensure sound commercial and financial evaluation of potential opportunities, minimize land-related risks, and contribute to the company's sustainable business growth and profitability.
