Full Stack Digital Marketer (Media Buyer)

1. Paid Media Management

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage campaigns for lead generation, website conversions, remarketing, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Develop full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets based on business objectives.

2. Campaign Optimization & Scaling

• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, placements, and landing pages.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability.
• Reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.

3. Audience & Market Research

• Conduct audience, competitor, market, and keyword research.
• Develop cold, warm, retargeting, custom, and lookalike audiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify new acquisition opportunities.

4. Tracking & Analytics

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), UTM tracking and conversion events.
• Monitor tracking accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and campaign attribution.
• Use data to make actionable marketing decisions.

5. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

• Understand and optimize the complete marketing funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
• Work with the web/technical team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
• Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend CRO improvements.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar where applicable.

6. Creative & Content Strategy

• Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and content teams.
• Develop performance-focused creative concepts and ad briefs.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend new hooks, formats, offers, and messaging.
• Understand buyer psychology and conversion-focused copy.

7. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Present key insights, challenges, opportunities, and action plans.
• Maintain accurate records of advertising spend, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
