Front Desk Officer

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree will receive preference.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Female

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in front-desk operations, reception, customer service, student services, social-media management or digital communication.
• Experience in a school, college, university or another educational organization will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional communication, computer and social-media management skills may also apply.

Skills & Expertise:

• Front-desk and reception management
• Guardian and stakeholder communication
• Customer service and enquiry handling
• Facebook Page and Messenger management
• Social-media content posting
• Basic digital marketing
• MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Email and online communication
• Data entry and report preparation
• Canva or similar design tools

Additional Requirements

• Must be smart, well-groomed, courteous and professionally presentable.
• Must have excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Must confidently and patiently handle queries from guardians and other stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, email, internet browsing and data entry.
• Must have practical knowledge of Facebook Page management, Messenger and basic digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
• Must be punctual, organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate honesty and professionalism.
