The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for NDS9's guests, buyers, customers, and vendors — welcoming visitors, managing reception operations, and creating a professional and appealing first impression of the organization. As we host international buyers and partners regularly, this role plays a key part in reflecting NDS9's global, professional image from the very first moment a guest walks through our door.

NDS9 is a global, end-to-end garment design, manufacturing, and sourcing partner with long years of heritage in apparel manufacturing and a network of 30+ specialized production facilities across nine countries. Operating through merchandising offices and design studios in New York, Barcelona, Delhi, Dubai and Dhaka, we work with international buyers, brands, and vendors on a daily basis. To ensure every guest who walks through our doors receives a warm, professional welcome, we are looking for an outgoing, well-groomed, and energetic Front Desk Executive to represent NDS9 as the face of our organization.
