and Migration is looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role will also support student inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day office coordination.

Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
Provide basic information about study-abroad services and programs.
Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with counsellors.
Maintain student/lead information and update records.
Follow up with prospective students and pending inquiries.
Support documentation, filing, and general administrative activities.
Assist with seminars, events, and other company activities when required.
