5+ years of experience spanning product management and product ownership, ideally including agency, consultancy, or client-services work — comfortable owning both ends of the job, from setting direction with a client to writing a precise acceptance criterion.
Enough technical fluency to hold a real conversation with engineers about architecture tradeoffs, APIs, and technical debt, without needing to write the code yourself.
Analytically minded and hypothesis-driven, comfortable making calls with incomplete information, with a genuine sense of ownership over outcomes, not just outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical constraints for a client and business goals for a dev team, in both directions.
Practical, hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, modern delivery tooling, and AI tools for research, writing, and backlog work.
